Print shipping labels straight to your TSPL thermal printer over WebUSB.

1. What you need

Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or another Chromium browser with WebUSB (Windows, macOS, Linux or ChromeOS).
A TSPL/TSC-compatible USB label printer (e.g. OCBP-401DT), connected by USB.
Label media matching your settings (default: 102 × 152 mm die-cut labels with a ~3 mm gap).

2. Installing LabelJet

Open the LabelJet page in the Chrome Web Store.
Click “Add to Chrome” and confirm with “Add extension”.
The LabelJet icon appears in your toolbar. Tip: click the puzzle-piece icon and pin it.

3. Connecting the printer (first time)

Click the toolbar icon and choose “Open print window / labels”. The print window opens in a normal browser tab.
In that tab, click “Connect printer”.
Pick your printer in the browser’s USB chooser and confirm.
The status turns green: “Connected: …”. The permission is remembered, so it reconnects automatically next time.

Important: connect from the print tab, not the small toolbar popup. The USB chooser needs a normal tab (with an address bar) to appear.

Only one tab can use the printer at a time. If connecting fails with “in use”, close any other print tab (or app using the printer) and try again.

4. Printing labels

Print your shipping label as usual. The label window opens automatically with all labels.
Each label shows a black/white preview and a checkbox. Untick any label you don’t want.
Adjust Rotate if the label is sideways, and Threshold if it’s too thick/thin. Click Re-render to refresh.
Click “Print selected labels”. Labels are sent one by one.

No label window? Click “Choose PDF…” in the print window and pick a label PDF manually.

5. Settings

Setting	What it does
Interface language	English or Dutch. Applies everywhere.
VID / PID	USB identifier of your printer (default 2D48 / 81C9). Find it on `chrome://device-log` while plugging in the printer.
Width / Height (mm)	Label size (default 102 × 152 mm).
Paper type / Gap	“Labels with gap” for die-cut labels (~3 mm); “Continuous” for a continuous roll.
Rotate / Direction	Rotate the image (0/90/180/270°) and print direction.
Density / Speed	Print darkness (0–15) and speed.
B/W threshold	Black/white cut-off. Lower = thicker, higher = thinner.
Dither	For photos/logos with grey tones; leave off for text/barcodes.
Invert	Turn on if the label prints white-on-black.
Auto-open	Open the print window automatically when a label is captured.

6. Troubleshooting

Problem	Fix
USB chooser doesn’t appear	Make sure you’re in the print tab (not the popup) and using Chrome/Edge/Chromium.
Printer not in the list	Click “All devices”. Close any other tab/app using the printer. Replug if needed.
“In use by another tab”	Close the other print tab (only one tab can use the printer at a time).
Printer wobbles and prints nothing	Gap/paper setting is wrong. Set the correct gap (~3 mm) and label size, and calibrate with the printer’s feed button.
Label prints white-on-black	Turn on “Invert”.
Text too thick/thin	Adjust the B/W threshold and re-render.

The log at the bottom of the print window shows the real error messages.

Print verzendlabels rechtstreeks naar je TSPL-labelprinter via WebUSB.

1. Wat je nodig hebt

Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge of een andere Chromium-browser met WebUSB (Windows, macOS, Linux of ChromeOS).
Een TSPL/TSC-compatibele USB-labelprinter (bijv. OCBP-401DT), via USB aangesloten.
Labelmateriaal dat past bij je instellingen (standaard: 102 × 152 mm die-cut labels met ~3 mm tussenruimte).

2. LabelJet installeren

Open de LabelJet-pagina in de Chrome Web Store.
Klik op “Toevoegen aan Chrome” en bevestig met “Extensie toevoegen”.
Het LabelJet-icoon verschijnt in je werkbalk. Tip: klik op het puzzelstukje en zet 'm vast.

3. De printer verbinden (eerste keer)

Klik op het werkbalkicoon en kies “Print-venster / labels openen”. Het printvenster opent in een gewoon tabblad.
Klik in dat tabblad op “Verbind printer”.
Kies je printer in het USB-keuzevenster en bevestig.
De status wordt groen: “Verbonden: …”. De toestemming wordt onthouden, dus de volgende keer verbindt hij automatisch.

Belangrijk: verbind vanuit het print-tabblad, niet vanuit het kleine werkbalk-popupje. De USB-kiezer heeft een gewoon tabblad (met adresbalk) nodig.

Slechts één tabblad kan de printer tegelijk gebruiken. Lukt verbinden niet (“in gebruik”), sluit dan andere printtabbladen en probeer opnieuw.

4. Labels printen

Print je verzendlabel zoals gewoonlijk. Het labelvenster opent automatisch met alle labels.
Elk label toont een zwart/wit-voorbeeld en een vinkje. Haal het vinkje weg bij labels die je niet wilt printen.
Pas Draaien aan als het label op zijn kant staat, en Drempel als het te dik/dun is. Klik op Opnieuw renderen.
Klik op “Print geselecteerde labels”. De labels gaan één voor één naar de printer.

Geen labelvenster? Klik op “Kies PDF…” in het printvenster en kies handmatig een label-PDF.

5. Instellingen

Instelling	Wat het doet
Taal van de interface	Engels of Nederlands. Geldt overal.
VID / PID	USB-id van je printer (standaard 2D48 / 81C9). Vind je op `chrome://device-log` terwijl je de printer aansluit.
Breedte / Hoogte (mm)	Labelmaat (standaard 102 × 152 mm).
Papiertype / Gap	“Labels met tussenruimte” voor die-cut labels (~3 mm); “Doorlopend” voor een doorlopende rol.
Draaien / Richting	Draai het beeld (0/90/180/270°) en de printrichting.
Density / Speed	Zwarting (0–15) en snelheid.
Zwart/wit-drempel	Zwart/wit-grens. Lager = dikker, hoger = dunner.
Rasteren	Voor foto’s/logo’s met grijstinten; laat uit voor tekst/barcodes.
Inverteren	Aanzetten als het label wit-op-zwart print.
Automatisch openen	Het printvenster automatisch openen zodra een label is afgevangen.

6. Problemen oplossen

Probleem	Oplossing
USB-kiezer verschijnt niet	Zorg dat je in het printtabblad bent (niet de popup) en gebruik Chrome/Edge/Chromium.
Printer niet in de lijst	Klik op “Alle apparaten”. Sluit andere tabbladen/apps die de printer gebruiken. Sluit 'm eventueel opnieuw aan.
“In gebruik door ander tabblad”	Sluit het andere printtabblad.
Printer wiebelt en print niets	Gap/papierinstelling klopt niet. Stel de juiste gap (~3 mm) en labelmaat in en kalibreer met de feed-knop.
Label print wit-op-zwart	Zet “Inverteren” aan.
Tekst te dik/dun	Pas de zwart/wit-drempel aan en render opnieuw.

Het logboek onderin het printvenster toont de echte foutmeldingen.
